He currently serves as Chairman of Osama Jawad Bukhamseen Engineering Consultancy and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tanmiya Real Estate Development Company, where he leads major strategic projects in the State of Kuwait and the region. He possesses solid expertise in corporate governance and large-scale project management.
He has over 23 years of experience in the financial and investment sector at both regional and international levels. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, USA, and has pursued postgraduate studies in Financial Economics.
He currently serves as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Arab Investment Company – Kuwait. He currently serves as Executive Manager – Financial Reporting and Investor Relations at Kuwait International Bank, where he leads periodic reporting, audit and review processes, and engagement with regulators and investors. He previously worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young – Kuwait, gaining extensive experience in the banking and investment sectors, including Islamic banking, Basel standards, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kuwait University and possesses solid expertise in corporate governance and financial risk management.
He has nearly 19 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance sector. He currently serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Warba Insurance & Reinsurance Company (since 2022), where he oversees operational divisions and drives institutional performance enhancement.
He previously held leadership roles across underwriting, claims, sales, and reinsurance functions. He also serves as a Board Member of KIB Takaful Insurance Company.

He has held leadership roles in investment and industrial companies, including executive positions at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) and Kuwaiti investment firms. He brings practical expertise in strategic planning, restructuring, and business development.
A banking and investment expert with over 18 years of experience in the banking, wealth management, and investment sectors, he has held leadership roles at regional and international financial institutions. He served as Senior Vice President – Private Banking, where he oversaw high-net-worth client portfolios, developed investment strategies, and drove business growth in full compliance with regulatory standards. Since 2018, he has also been serving as General Manager of a private commercial company, supervising daily operations and managing investment and banking activities.
He holds a university degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution in the United States and possesses advanced expertise in portfolio management, investment planning, and strategic banking relationship development.
